Modes and delivery times

The products are shipped by express courier, and the delivery times to the Customer vary according to the destination, the moment when the order is acquired and the availability of the product itself. In any case, however, the time of delivery will never exceed those provided for in art. 6 D.Lgs. 185/99. For the goods available the delivery to the carrier takes place within 2 working days from the moment of sending the order confirmation to the customer. Unless unforeseen the delivery time on the national territory will be equal to 1 working day from the delivery to the Corriere. For Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, delivery times will generally be 2 working days. For places that are difficult to reach such as mountain resorts, smaller islands, extreme outskirts, delivery times will be 3/4 working days. At the time of receipt of the goods, the Customer must check that the package is perfectly closed, intact, not damaged. A guarantee adhesive tape is applied on each package to prevent its opening and to report, if the tape is damaged, any tampering attempts. In the event that the guarantee tape is damaged, the Customer must immediately report the fact to the courier, accepting the package with a specific reservation indicating where and how the parcel was damaged. Otherwise the package will be regularly delivered. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery of the order, the courier will leave an alert. The next day will make a second attempt. If even in this case it is not possible to deliver the order, the Customer must as soon as possible contact the courier to agree the delivery of the order, within maximum 2 working days. In order to carry out delivery without impediments, the Customer is required to enter a mobile phone number in the delivery data.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in the price of the products. In the summary, before requesting payment, the Customer can read the shipping costs, which are, like those of the products, including VAT.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to and from the effects of the Consumer Code, as amended by D.Lgs. n.21/2014, the Customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 12/23, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods. To use this right, the Customer must send a simple e-mail to the address within the specified terms info@giuliagrillo.com in which your data is indicated, namely Name, Surname, Address, Order number of the original order, phone, product description, IBAN code and current account holder where you are asked to make the transfer for the refund (see more e-mail model below). As soon as this communication is sent by Optima Trade s.r.l., the Customer must send, at his own expense and with a courier of his own choice, the product he intends to return to the address S.S. 16 Km 707,900 n.14 Cerignola 71042 (FG), including in the shipment a letter with its data communicated via e-mail (see model below). The product made must be sent to Optima Trade s.r.l. within 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated the withdrawal. Once received the product made, Optima Trade s.r.l. will proceed, by bank transfer, to the refund relative to the price paid for the product / the products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the decision of the withdrawal has been communicated, provided that the goods object of the withdrawal is received to the company, or it has been provided unequivocal proof of the shipment via courier. The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not repayable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the good. For products for personal use, for sanitary and sanitary purposes it is not possible to return products already used. All risks related to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer. To facilitate the Customer in exercising the right of withdrawal, here is an example of e-mail communication, to be included in the parcel with which the product is sent: Subject: notice made Number of order: (indicate the original order number with which the asset was purchased) Data buyer: (indicate name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail) Product for which you exercise the right of withdrawal: (indicate trademark, product name and size and product code as from order summary sent in the original shipment) IBAN Code: (indicate IBAN number of the current account in which you intend to receive the accreditation of the refund) Current Account holder: (Indicate the current account holder to whom you intend to receive the accreditation of the refund).
