Shipping is free in Italy and in every European country we deliver to: transport costs are already included in the price you see. We guarantee dispatch within 5 days: every order of in-stock goods leaves our warehouse within 5 days of the order confirmation. When it leaves, you receive the express courier's tracking number by email. Transit times depend on the destination: in the Christmas season we recommend ordering early. Those who choose early find everything.
On delivery, check that the parcel is closed and intact. Every parcel carries a security tape: if it is damaged, accept the parcel with a written reservation stating where and how it is damaged, otherwise the delivery is considered regular. If you are not at home, the courier leaves a notice and tries again on the next working day; if the second attempt also fails, contact the courier within 2 working days to arrange delivery. This is why we ask for a mobile number in the delivery details.
Easy returns until 23 December
You can return your tree until 23 December. For all orders placed from 1 September to 23 December, the right of withdrawal provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 52 et seq.) may be exercised until 23 December of the same year, without penalty and without giving a reason; in any case you always have at least 14 calendar days from delivery, even if they end after 23 December. Outside the Christmas season the statutory period of 14 days from delivery applies.
To exercise it, write to info@giuliagrillo.com or use the form on the "Request for withdrawal" page, stating the order number and the product: we reply with instructions. Send the product, complete and in its original packaging, within 14 days of your notice to Optima Trade s.r.l., S.S. 16 Km 707,900 n. 14, 71042 Cerignola (FG), Italy, with a courier of your choice. The cost and risk of the return shipment are borne by you, unless the return is due to an error on our part. The refund of the amount paid is made within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase, once we have received the product or proof of its shipment. If the product comes back with signs of use beyond what is needed to examine it, any reduction in value is charged to you.
