The offer and sale of products on the website are governed by the following general conditions of sale.

The products purchased on the site are sold by Optima Trade S.R.L., with headquarters in Via Gubbio, 9 Cerignola (FG)  VAT number: 04256140718, REA number: FG-313447.


The following definitions are used in this contract:

Customer: indicates the natural person who purchases the products for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out;

Giulia Grillo: indicates the Optima Trade company S.R.L., with headquarters in Via Gubbio, 9, VAT number: 04256140718, REA number: FG-313447;

Products: indicates the products marketed by Optima Trade;

Party: means the Customer or Optima Trade s.r.l. severally;

Parties: means the Customer and Optima Trade s.r.l. jointly.


The conditions of sale are considered known by the Customer at the time of making the purchase. Therefore, every order entails implicit acceptance. These general conditions may be updated or modified at any time by Optima Trade s.r.l., who will communicate this to customers through the appropriate communication channels.


The offer and sale of products on the website imply the implementation of a distance contract governed by the articles. 50 ff. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), as well as by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (c.d. Electronic Commerce Law). The purchase of the products is intended only for private consumers.


By sending a purchase order, the Customer declares to know and accept these conditions of sale and the further information contained on the site. The contract will be considered concluded, and will be binding for both parties, only when the notification of shipment is sent to the Customer via email to the email address indicated at the time of purchase.


All sales prices of the products on the site are inclusive of I.V.A. and any other taxes and also shipping costs. They constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 c.c. It is understood that the image accompanying the presentation of the products may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colour, size and accessory products present in the figure.


At the time of purchase, the Customer can choose whether to pay by credit card, PayPal account, bank transfer or cash on delivery. For payment by credit card or PayPal account, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal payment platform, where he can make the payment securely. The PayPal platform directly manages the data entered on its website to make the payment. Optima Trade s.r.l. does not collect any data relating to the credit card used, or relating to the access codes to the "PayPal" form of payment. This information is collected directly by the PayPal payment system. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must make the payment within 3 working days of placing the order, following the instructions communicated to him on the website and in the automatic e-mail with which the receipt of the order is communicated . The purchased goods will be shipped to the customer only following actual receipt of the bank transfer to Optima Trade's current account s.r.l. The IBAN code to which to make the transfer can be the IT XXX code, of Banca XXX, made out to Optima Trade S.R.L.. The reason for the bank transfer must indicate the order number, communicated in the aforementioned order receipt email. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer will have to pay an additional cost of 5.50 euros (VAT included) for the management of the cash on delivery by the express courier. Payment must be made upon delivery, in cash, directly to the courier. The courier does not accept checks of any kind.


At the time of payment, the Customer will be asked if he wishes to receive the Invoice (in electronic format as a reform in force from 1 January 2019). In the event that the Customer decides not to receive the Electronic Invoice, Optima Trade s.r.l. will issue a receipt for the same amount as your order.


The products are shipped by express courier, and delivery times to the Customer vary depending on the destination, the moment in which the order is acquired and the availability of the product itself. In any case, however, delivery times will never exceed those provided for by the art. 6 D.Lgs. 185/99. For available goods, delivery to the courier takes place within 2 working days from the moment the order confirmation is sent to the customer. Barring unforeseen circumstances, delivery times on national territory will be 1 working day from delivery to the courier. For Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, delivery times will generally be 2 working days. For difficult to reach locations such as mountain locations, smaller islands, extreme suburbs, delivery times will be 3/4 working days. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must strictly verify that the package is perfectly closed, intact and undamaged. A guarantee adhesive tape is applied to each package to prevent it from being opened and to indicate, if the tape is damaged, any attempts at tampering. In the event that the warranty tape is damaged, the Customer must immediately report the fact to the courier, accepting the package with a specific reservation indicating where and how the package was damaged. Otherwise the package will be considered regularly delivered. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery of the order, the courier will leave a notice. The next day he will make a second attempt. If even in this case it is not possible to deliver the order, the Customer must contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange delivery of the order, within a maximum of 2 working days. In order to make the delivery without impediments, the Customer is asked to enter a mobile phone number in the delivery data.


Shipping costs are included in the price of the products. In the summary, before requesting payment, the Customer will be able to read the shipping costs, which, like those of the products, are inclusive of VAT.


Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by D.Lgs. n.21/2014, the Customer is given the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased good. To make use of this right, the Customer must send, within the indicated deadlines, a simple email to the address in which your data is indicated, i.e. Name, Surname, Address, Order number of the original order, telephone number, product description, IBAN code and holder of the current account where you are asked to make the transfer for the refund (see email template below). As soon as this communication is sent by Optima Trade s.r.l., the Customer must send, at his own expense and with a courier of his choice, the product he intends to return to the address S.S. 16 Km 707,900 n.14 Cerignola 71042 (FG), including in the shipment a letter with your data communicated via e-mail (see model below). The returned product must reach Optima Trade s.r.l. within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated the withdrawal. Once the returned product has been received, Optima Trade s.r.l. will proceed, by bank transfer, with a refund relating to the price paid for the product/products for which the right of withdrawal was exercised, within 14 calendar days from the day on which the withdrawal decision was communicated, provided that the the goods subject to the withdrawal have been received by the company, or unequivocal proof has been provided of the shipment by courier. The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For products for personal use, for hygienic and health reasons it is not possible to return products that have already been used. All risks relating to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer. To facilitate the Customer in exercising the right of withdrawal, here is an example of e-mail communication, to also be included in the package with which the returned product is sent: Subject: return communication Order number: (indicate the order number original with which the good was purchased) Purchaser data: (indicate name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail) Product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised: (indicate brand, name and format of the product and product code as from the order summary sent in the original shipment) IBAN code: (indicate the IBAN number of the current account from which you intend to receive the refund credit) Current Account Holder: (Indicate the holder of the current account from which you intend to receive the refund refund credit).


The Customer's personal data is collected for the purpose of being able to execute the purchase contract and ship the orders received. These data are processed electronically in compliance with the laws in force and may only be exhibited upon request of the judicial authority or other authorities authorized by law. The personal data will be communicated to subjects delegated to carry out the activities necessary for the execution of the stipulated contract and disseminated exclusively within the scope of this purpose. The Customer expressly undertakes to provide to Optima Trade S.R.L. copy of the identity documents deemed necessary for any checks. Failure to comply with the aforementioned request authorizes Optima Trade S.R.L. to immediate contractual termination for non-compliance. The processing takes place, also with the aid of electronic means, in compliance with the methods set out in the art. 11 of D.Lgs. 30 June 2003, n. 196 guarantees the user and, in general, protects his rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. The processing will take place for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described above. Obtaining the cancellation of your personal data is subject to sending a written communication to Optima Trade S.R.L.. Owner and responsible for the collection and processing of personal data is Optima Trade S.R.L., Via Gubbio, 9 Cerignola.


The contract between Optima Trade S.R.L. and the customer is governed by Italian law. For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of Foggia will be competent.
