In this section you can exercise your right of withdrawal from your order pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/05. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery and, for orders placed from 1 September to 23 December, until 23 December (see Shipments and returns), for products that are complete and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, once the returned goods or proof of their shipment have been received, subject to verification of compliance with legal conditions.
